1. How do I make a reservation?
Just complete the reservation form provided, and we will confirm your booking with you by email or telephone.

2. How do I know if I get the best deal?
The published rates on MyChinaHotel.com are all agreed rates resulting from contracts signed between MyChinaHotel.com and different hotels. These are favorable rates given by hotels to us. Should you find that the favorable rates are higher than the published rates of the hotel, please call us or E-mail us immediately. We will negotiate with the hotel and pay the difference in price if this is necessary.

3. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?
The rates listed on MyChinaHotel.com are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly, and you will usually be charged 20% to 70% more.

4. How can I pay the hotel?
You can pay the hotel when you check out unless for those hotel, which stated you have to pay in advance. Then you have to prepay your hotel via credit card.

5. Do the prices change during the holidays?
Yes, the prices stated on the web are for normal period. The confirmed price from MyChinaHotel.com by telephone or email is the correct one.

6. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
We'll send you confirmation e-mail after you complete your reservation. This e-mail will include your complete itinerary, along with your price. Please make sure you give us your correct email address. You can also check your reservation status in "My Profile".

7. How do I make changes or cancel reservations I have made?
Canceling or changing your stay can be made online. From "My Profile", click the " My Reservation" button and then click your booking "Code". Or you can contact us at support@mychinahotel.com to change or cancel the reservation. All changes including the date of your stay, room type, room number, and name of the guest must inform MyChinaHotel.com in advance, to enable MyChinaHotel.com to make the necessary adjustments in sufficient time.

ny changes or cancellation of your reservation are subject to a $10.00 penalty.

Cancellations or changes made after check-in will be considered as No-show and are subject to a 1 Night Room & Tax penalty.

8. What if I want to stay extra nights at the hotel?
Please amend your reservation at "My Profile" or email us at booking@mychinahotel.com to inform us about your extension. The hotel will not grant discount rate to you automatically.

9. Things you need pay attention to while checking in!!
Be sure to keep the names used for reservation and checking in exactly the same one.

10. What does it cost to use your hotel booking service?
Booking is free. Your credit card is held as guarantee - not for payment. You make payment directly to hotel using cash or credit card when you check in. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until we confirm your rooms.

11. Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
All of our listed rates are per room, NOT per person.
